Most visitors take a taxi from the airport and then arrange to have a car brought to their hotel. There are several car rental agencies on the island, but the roads are rough and you must pay a one-time $6 license fee. For those who liked to be pampered, catch a taxi and go for a tour. The drivers will take you all over the island and then drop you off at a beach where they'll return later to pick you up. If you decide to rent a car, remember that in Anguilla they drive on the left.
